In case your child is a toddler, you might face issues with continuing your work.Working mothers can take the opportunity of working from home, as various companies are now offering the same. Keeping a watch on your child with the help of a security camera or maybe getting the status from the daycare could lessen your panic as a working mother.

• Hectic travel schedule: Some mothers face working woman challenges and have a hectic business schedule while they want to continue their careers. Travel schedules could be a great barrier when you want to bring up your child with care. In this case, your spouse would play an important role. Being close to the family would play an important role here. Parents and parents-in-law could be of great help as you want to bring up your child with great values. Let him learn some lessons of mythology and moral science from his grandparents.

• Not being in touch with peer parents: Working parents especially working women there faceing challenge have lesser time in hand to mingle with parents from the same school and their kids’ studies. As a working mother, you might feel guilty for not giving enough time to discussions participating in your child’s future. But, you have a way out. Digital groups and Whattsapp groups especially can hold on to groups where people cannot meet frequently. In case you are not participating in physical meetings, you have all the privileges of interacting in the group virtually.  Digital communication has lessened the gap well it hasn’t solved the entire problem as well.

• Not experiencing your child grow up: Working mothers miss moments that they regard as precious moments. These are the growing-up moments and any parent would adore them like anything. These might not be lost moments anymore. Courtesy of technology, you can record some special instants with the help of a smartphone or movie camera. Well, sending videos recording some clipping of your child’s first walk, feeding, or maybe the first goal could always be your relief of not experiencing the same. Well, you can cherish a virtual moment; not exactly like the real ones but just a substitute for the real ones. this is also a ditermination of working woman challenges.

• Being away from caregiving: Women working and emphasizing careers often have to compromise on the special moments they share with their kids. They depend on others for the purpose of caregiving. They are not sure of the care the kid is getting behind their back. Most of cases moms can take a sabbatical till they feel their kids are grown up to be taken care of by paid caregivers or nannies. You could be in touch with your child and caregivers again by digital means. Talk to your child, watch their moves and then check on how they are growing.

Trying not to be perfect?working woman challenges..

 Perfection is a very rightful word. We all try to be perfect and thrive to achieve it. But being perfect could bring some additional hazards for you. There are some ways to beat the stress and avoid being a perfect mom every time you see a fallacy in your child.

• Make sure that child care is offered by both the parents. In fact, sharing responsibility gives a relief. A child is always brought up by both parents and close ones, of course.
• Never try to indulge your child in perfect competition or a rat race. Bringing your child to a rat race can make you a lesser affectionate mom. Accept the way your child is and accept his shortcomings too. A fallacy is also a part of life.
• Know your child, especially his strengths and likings. Indulging your child the way he wants to be could make you even a stronger mom.
• Never bribe your child out of the sense of guilt of devoting lesser time to him actually you are devoting a quality time, you see.

As a working mother, you are basically setting an example of a stronger self. You could be led by example. So next time you are suffering out of a sense of guilt being a working mom encountering working woman challenges, please stop doing that. Being imperfect is the key to being a perfect human.
