When your child is just three or four years old he should be ready to be going to school so that he can commence a rat race and secure a position in life. • The knowledge of the child is not important but observing his IQ level must be. The interviewer would find out the level of IQ of the child and that’s not going to be a big race. He knows the way to find it out in the friendliest manner.

• The method of interviewing a kid is a way of getting closer to the family. The parents get to know the principal and the teacher at a close distance. The vice versa is also true.

There should not be any panic-stricken situation created for teaching a kid at an age where he is supposed to enjoy his life. Let the kids enjoy their lives and learn at a pace that would be a comfort factor and not pressure. When learning is fun that is effective and not counted as a burden.
