Then to all the young leaders of tomorrow, it’s you who is going to bring the change a voice for all and support to all. As I had started my journey 8 years back but the time I had gone through was really different because options were less and people were not there to guide but now with the help of digitalization things are changing and people can get to know about things in just a click. But again the question arises What do I want to do in my life?

• Whom am I competing with?
• What are my goals?
• What targets should I set for myself?
• Am I confident in what I am doing?

So many things pop up in our mind when there is pressure from our parents our friends and all the people I am competing with but nevertheless, I can lose my hope over anything in life.

If I say about myself I started my career as an executive in branding & sales then worked at different levels in many startups but the joy was I was creating a name for myself as well as the brand which I was representing in the minds of people many hardships were there but it never came up in my mind because the goal was not yet achieved and I knew the organization was depending and having full faith and trust on me. So that sense of achievement was always great. Nowadays everyone wants to be a leader an entrepreneur a commander but before doing or thinking of this did you ever ask yourself that are you capable enough for this or not???

So my advice to all to get the title to achieve it with the respect that people follow your footsteps and try to be the better version of you. 

Five things to remember:

• Never stop working till you can run 
• Be prepared for any challenges to come
• Ready to learn in every stage of life 
• Never stop thinking of growing bigger
• Love money but not more than yourself or your family.

So I am sure you all are great are smart and have really good qualities in you it’s just the best way you polish yourself so that you never stop shinning.
